Cooking Instructions
PREPARATION Trim and chop broccoli Diagonally cut sausage into 8 pieces DIRECTIONS Bring water toa boil Add pasta and cook 7 minutes Add broccoli and cook 2 minutes. Drain pasta, reserving 2/3 cup cooking liquid. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with oil. Add sausage and cook 6 minutes or until browned. Add 2/3 cup researd pasta water, pasta mixture, pepper, and salt to pan and bring to a boil. Cook 2 minutes or until slightly reduced. Stir in juice and sprinkle with cheese.
