arrow_right Butter, 2 Tbls arrow_right Chopped walnuts, 2 oz arrow_right Grated nutmeg, 1 pinch arrow_right Ground cloves, 1 pinch arrow_right Honey, 2 Tbls arrow_right Granny smith apples, 2 small

Cooking Instructions
PREPARATION Peel, core and shinly slice apples. Preheat oven to 350 F DIRECTIONS Melt butter in skillet When it foams, add apples and saute. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cloves then remove from the pan and set aside. In the same skillet, saute walnuts. Add honey and allow it to melt. Combine well and reduce for a few minutes until liqueid has thickened. Remove the top rind from the wheel of Brie Overlap the apple slices on top in a wreath pattern. Place cheese in the center of the baker. Pour honey reduction with the walnuts over top and cover witth lid. Place baker in oven directly on rack. Bake for 10-15 minutes. SERVING Serve warm with crusty baguette slices or crackers
